Most inbound RFQs are a paragraph of vague intent. Ours arrive as a complete specification your sales team can quote from on the first reply.

What we send

• A PDF spec sheet: format, capsule size and material or serving size and flavor system, units per serving, servings per container, suggested container.
• An ingredient table with amount per serving, dose basis, estimated raw material mass, %DV, and the requester's notes per ingredient.
• Quantities to quote, target ship date, label status, packaging preference, and certifications wanted.
• A Supplement Facts preview and every formulation flag (allergens, stimulant total, pregnancy and interaction warnings).
• The requester's name, company, email, and phone. You reply directly to them; we're copied for tracking only.

How referrals work

Supplement Formulator is free for the people designing products. We route each request to a small number of partners who run that format, ordered by fit. Partners pay a referral fee per qualified request, negotiated per manufacturer. There are no platform logins to manage: requests arrive by email with the PDF attached, and you quote the way you already do.
