1. The service

SupplementFormulator.com (“the Service”) is an informational formulation planning tool. It helps you design a dietary supplement concept, checks it against published dose ranges and physical format limits, produces a specification document, and can forward that document to contract manufacturers at your request.

2. No warranty on data

Ingredient data, dose ranges, upper limits, densities, and capacity estimates are provided for reference and are compiled from public sources that are cited on each ingredient page. We make no warranty that any value is accurate, current, or complete. You are responsible for verifying every value with your manufacturer and regulatory reviewer before commercial use.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on the Service is medical advice. Dose ranges reflect research and NIH guidance for healthy adults and are starting points for product design, not personal recommendations.

4. Your formulation

You own the formulations you create. We store them so you can return to them, share them by link, and request quotes. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

5. Quote requests and manufacturer sharing

When you submit a quote request you consent to us sharing your formulation, specification documents, and contact details (name, company, email, phone) with the manufacturing partners we select for that request. Manufacturers contact you directly. We do not guarantee that any manufacturer will respond, quote, or accept your project.

6. Referral compensation

Supplement Formulator may receive referral compensation from manufacturers for quote requests we forward. This does not change the price a manufacturer quotes you and does not create any obligation between you and Supplement Formulator.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to design products containing ingredients that are unlawful in your jurisdiction, to submit quote requests you do not intend in good faith, or to scrape or redistribute the ingredient database.

8. Accounts and deletion

Accounts are optional. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; your formulations are removed and your quote requests are anonymized.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supplement Formulator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service, including reliance on ingredient data, manufacturer conduct, or product outcomes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
