Fadogia agrestis is a Nigerian shrub whose stem has a folk reputation as an aphrodisiac. It became popular in men's testosterone stacks after rat studies reported higher serum testosterone and increased mating behavior with an aqueous stem extract. No human trial has been published, and a 28-day rat study at the same doses reported changes in testicular function markers, so both efficacy and safety in people are unknown. Dose fields are left empty because no human data support any figure.

No human dosing data exist. Market products deliver roughly 300–600 mg of stem extract, but these figures are not supported by any human study and are deliberately not entered here. Rodent studies used 18–100 mg/kg of aqueous extract and reported testicular changes over 28 days. If used, keep cycles short and rely on supplier identity testing, since Fadogia material is frequently adulterated or misidentified.
