Botanicalhormone supportBranded: Testofen (Gencor Pacific)Moderate dose evidence

Also known as: Testofen, fenugreek 50% fenusides, Trigonella foenum-graecum extract (Testofen)

Add to a formula

A branded fenugreek seed extract standardized to 50% fenusides, a saponin glycoside fraction, developed for men's vitality products. A six-week randomized trial in healthy men taking 600 mg per day reported improvements in self-rated libido and sexual function scores. It is the most recognized fenugreek ingredient in the testosterone-support category, though its effects on hormone levels themselves are modest and inconsistent across studies.

Research summary

Fenuside saponins are proposed to influence androgen availability and reduce aromatase activity, although human hormone data are mixed.
