Fisetin

Fisetin is a flavonol found in strawberries, apples, and onions and extracted commercially from smoke tree (Cotinus coggygria) or wax tree wood. It gained attention when screening identified it as the most potent senolytic among common flavonoids in mouse and human tissue models, with late-life dosing extending mouse lifespan. Human trials are ongoing but not yet published, so dosing is based on market practice rather than clinical data. It appears in longevity and healthy-aging formulas, often taken intermittently.
